JODY MOUSSEAU

CONNECTOR. DIVERSITY & INCLUSION ADVOCATE. DATA GEEK. SALES LEADER. OXFORD COMMA ENTHUSIAST. 

I am my tagline: a Connector, DEI Advocate, Data Geek, Sales Leader, and Oxford Comma Enthusiast. All of that is true. I also have a collection of close to 100 bowties.

To provide detail beyond my tagline, I am currently in Sales Leadership and have built and ramped effective teams in different industries. In addition, I also sit on my company's Diversity Task Force and am the Co-Chair of both the LGBTQIA+ and Allies Employee Resource Group and Celebrate Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group. Building diverse, equitable, inclusive, and welcoming spaces within my company and outside of work is one of my passions. 

Prior to Sales Leadership, I worked in Consulting, focusing on the areas of HR, Compensation, and Performance Management. In my ten-year consulting career, I worked with dozens of companies, small to large, across a variety of industries, including automotive, finance, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and technology, among others.

I have a brilliant wife and two amazing kids and am a born and raised-New Yorker currently residing in Minnesota, I like anything having to do with numbers, going on adventures with my family, watching true crime, and doing small acts of kindness in the hopes that the little things will change the world.
